Delete your TrashTrek account

• Open the TrashTrek app and sign in.
• Tap your profile picture to open your Profile, then tap the settings icon (gear) at the top right.
• Tap "Delete Account" and confirm. If you signed in more than a few minutes ago, the app asks you to sign in again first, for security.
• Your account is deleted immediately.

If you no longer have the app, email info@trashtrekapp.com from the email address you registered with, with the subject "Delete account" and your username. We delete the account within 30 days at the latest and confirm by email.

• Your sign-in account, email address, username, profile and cover picture, bio, points and statistics, onboarding data (approximate location, interests) and the record of your consents.
• Data the app keeps only on your device (remembered account, fingerprint login) is removed when you delete in the app; otherwise uninstalling the app removes it.

• Your approved reports and cleanups stay on the map anonymized: without your username, picture or any link to you, so the map stays useful. If you want these photos removed too, email us.
• Rejected reports are deleted at the latest 90 days after rejection.
• Emails you exchanged with us are kept for 2 years after the last message.
• Analytics data (only if you allowed analytics) contains no name or email address and is deleted after 14 months.

• You can delete individual reports and cleanups without deleting your account: in your Profile, tap the bin icon on a post. You can change or remove your bio and pictures in the profile settings.
